David spent over four decades building people and teams, leading complex programs across vertical and horizontal construction, environmental remediation, explosive ordnance disposal, firefighting, and emergency response. He knows what it takes to deliver on a federal contract because he's executed them as an Air Force Engineering Officer, and as a Technical Subject Matter Expert, Program Manager, and General Manager representing small and large businesses.
