Project & Construction Management

Federal Proposal Support

We write and review federal proposals for small contractors. Red Team Review: independent scoring of your draft against Sections L and M with specific rewrite direction, in five business days. Technical Volume: we develop the technical approach, management plan, staffing, and past performance with your SMEs — you keep pricing. Full Proposal: compliance matrix through final white-glove review. We use AI to accelerate compliance matrices, outlines, and first drafts, so your budget goes to senior technical judgment — not billable typing hours. We never support a bid on a solicitation DWG is pursuing, and we tell you at intake if there is a conflict.
